Zero Tolerance in a High Stress World

"Human error" they say, but it's a hard pill to swallow when the shit ends up hitting your fan.  Being a real estate office admin person is not an easy job and I'll be the first to admit it since I'm definitely not the admin type.  Turnover in these roles are huge for obvious reasons as they have to deal with instructions and crap from the company's agents, outside agents, sellers, and the general public.   They deal with a lot of legal paperwork so mistakes and careless errors are a commonality, but a big no-no at the same time.

O didn't take all of this very well as the phones and stress were mounting throughout the day, so the careless errors were just the icing on the cake.  It wasn't pretty to say the least and although I think it could have been handled better, they need to be told so they can be a little more careful in the future.

Zero tolerance is the name of the game in a sometimes intolerable Toronto real estate world.jo_emo_annoyed_large.gif
