Double Edged Sword

As I mentioned previously, I'm taking a commercial real estate course right now that's all the way up at York University.  The class starts at 8:30 am and you'd think that driving up north there from downtown would be relatively quick, since it's supposed to be "going against traffic." Have you ever been on the Gardiner going West in the morning starting at York Street?  Talk about bumper to bumper!   It's almost as bad if not worse than coming in to downtown - UNBELIEVABLE!

I do remember reading an article and seeing a segment on the news mentioning the new trend towards people moving downtown to enjoy the lifestyle while working uptown.  The writing is on the wall for urban sprawl - ACK!  Well, since I'm primarily a downtown agent, I guess it's good news for me (except for when I'm in a course up north).

I am tired.
