In all my life, I have not come across anyone else who is as disciplined, as focused, as determined or as hard working as The Otto.  His days start at 6:00 am and sometimes go all the way to 11:30 pm or later depending on if there is an offer... basically, it's whatever it takes.  Being his business partner, I've had to adapt some of his habits, which is good, but also the reason why I always complain that I'm tired!  I need my precious sleep and I'm almost confident that the theory that old people need less sleep is true - hehehee. 

Anyway, back to the awards... these awards my friends, should not to be taken lightly.  Think of this award like the Oscars of Real Estate and Otto just won the award for Best Picture (or I guess Realtor in this case).  It's all about being the best you can be through hard work and his track record of repeat, referral and new business does not lie.  He's on top of the world (well, Canada at least) and I'm glad to have him as my partner!

On a lighter note, I won a Coldwell Banker Toronto Real Estate Sterling Society Award... so save a couple of claps for me too!!
