Ok, so here it is... my second attempt to start this Memoirs of a Realtor blog.  After a failed attempt and a new designer to kick me in the butt, hopefully x2 will be a charm. 

As the title of my virgin blog entry clearly states - I love Real Estate.  Yup, I do - no, seriously, I really do.  I live, breath, sleep, dream, invest, touch, feel, smell, swim like a pig in mud, loathe, desire and totally dig real estate (hopefully I got my point across).  At the same time, it's not always so great because of the long hours, the use and abuse of your time, the mistreatment, the lack of respect,  the expenses, the perpetual feeling of being a rat on a wheel, and the complete loss of control of your own time.  Guess you gotta take the good with the bad don't you? 

Lately, everyone and their cousin, aunt, brother, friend, coworker, and anyone else who wants to be self employed and thinks they can make lots of easy money is getting into the business.  I say, welcome to the shark tank!  Then there's the general public at large that think Real Estate Agents do pretty much nothing and make so much money in the purchase and sale of a home... well little did they know!  Being a Real Estate Agent is no walk in the park folks and hopefully I can help paint a real and clear picture here with my words.  My little memoirs are really a peek into the life of a Realtor... it really is real estate unplugged.
