In regards to a recent blog on greedy sellers, I'm keeping you posted as promised. The property has now sold unconditionally for 106% of the list price ($529,900 ask and $561,000 sold).  Not the worst I've seen, but hardly worth the risk for that benefit.  Or maybe I'm wrong.  

Who knows... the market is the market!   It's so unpredictable at times that you can't even bother to try to understand.
